SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most brilliant condition. For every purchase within the churu city we provide 2 types of shipping 1. 45 min delivery (30rs) 2. same day delivery which is totally free.
For every purchase outside the churu city that is worth rs. 799 or above that, we shall deliver your order at your doorstep with rs 20 only. Shipping charge worth Rs. 50 shall apply to every order under Rs.799.
If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost en route to your preferred destination, we’ll refund the whole order amount consisting of shipping charges.
In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded. But, if you decide to self-ship the returns, you’ll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy.
1. How long does it take for an order to reach us?
We strive to process all the orders and also ship within a day. The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 2 to 6 working days for the order to be delivered. A rare case may dictate for the order to get delayed due to the non-accessibility of the address.
2. Does ReasonableKart deliver any product outside India?
ReasonableKart doesn’t deliver its products anywhere outside India. Only the placement of the order can be done from anywhere on the planet, but the address of delivery must be within India.
3. How would I get to know whether I live in a serviceable area or not?

4. I have ordered from ReasonableKart before, and I received the product then; however I’m unable to place any order to the same address now!
Some of the pin codes which used to be serviced by ReasonableKart earlier are now unserviceable because of courier issues. If you place an order with these pin codes now, we will be unable to fulfill or even take the order that you’re trying to place. You can provide another address whose pin code is serviceable and you’ll be able to place the order successfully. 5. On your website, you say dispatch within 24 hours, but the delivery takes much longer. Why?
We process the orders and ship them out of the ReasonableKart warehouse within a day (24 hours). After dispatch, the delivery of the order takes 2 to 6 working days to reach the delivery address.(OUTSIDE CHURU CITY)
While in churu city we try to deliver products same day only.
6. What are the means of delivery?
Depending upon the location and your reach, ReasonableKart also employs other domestic service providers that are also reliable, for the delivery of its products.
