RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely at peace when you buy any product from ReasonableKart. We allow you to return all kinds of items apart from socks, care products & free items within a time frame of 7 days from the day of receipt. You’ll get a full refund for the purchased item. This comprises the items bought on sale. This refund amount shall be credited into your (My Account) account as ‘ReasonableKart Credit’ or into your payment source method used at the time of placing the order.

All items that you wish to return must be in the original condition and should be unused with all the original tags as well as the packaging intact (like- If you want to return products, they should be packed only in their original product box).

Be careful about packing the items safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all the self-shipped product returns, we would recommend you to use a courier service that is reliable.

Return Terms

1. Only the same-day return for artificial jewellery is applicable. (for Churu city orders)
2. Toys should be checked on the delivery itself, no returns or exchanges are available for checked products. (for Churu city orders)
3. Proper unboxing video is required for any damaged or wrong product received. 
4. Please remove the footwear word from the 3rd question

How do I go about returning the product to the ReasonableKart?
Step 1: You may return or exchange a purchased product from ReasonableKart within a time frame of 7 days starting from the day of delivery, simply by navigating www.reasonableus.com.

You have to select the product you want to return, and also give the reason.
As this process ends, you shall be shown with your return status. Your return order amount will be credited to your bank account. Your return request shall be processed in 48-72 hours.
Your product must adhere to ReasonableKart’s returns policy to enable us to process the return request that you have made.
If you encounter any problem in creating an online return request, do contact ReasonableKart’s customer support.

Can I also return products that I’m not completely satisfied with?
To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for you with ReasonableKart, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible and that too, in a transparent manner. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and an unused condition. A return request can be placed either through My Account or customer care, within a time frame of 15 days after you have received your product.

What is it possible to return?
You may return the ordered products within a time frame of 7 days upon delivery. Returned products should be unwashed and unused, and also, having all the original tags and packaging that the product/s was shipped with.

If you want ReasonableKart’s quality team to accept your returns, do make sure that you take sufficient steps to ensure that the product trial has no affect whatsoever upon the product’s original condition. So, we’ll recommend you to try the footwear on clean surfaces (preferably carpeted).

How long does it take for the whole returns process?
It could take 7 to 10 days (approximately) for Reasonable Us to receive the product you returned, depending on the location you live in and also courier service that you use. On reception, we shall process and inspect it within the next 72 hours to make sure that you get your refund quickly.

Please note, Reasonable Us initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Reasonable Us warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Reasonable Us may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Will you charge me for returning the products?
No. Reasonable Us will arrange reverse pickup from the customer delivery address free of cost.

How will you refund me for my return?
After successful processing, the entire refund amount, that is, price of the item will be refunded into your payment source method used while placing the order.

Can I exchange my product?
If you have ordered a size too small or too big. We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on www.reasonableus.com

Cancellation
We at Reasonable Us endeavor to give you the best online experience of shopping with us. You have the authority to cancel all the items and products before they get shipped from the warehouses. This also includes all the items that are bought on sale. The amount of refund shall be refunded back to your account. You can avail of all these privileges only if the items have NOT been shipped from the warehouses:

We permit total order cancellation within 12 hours of the order confirmation.
If the item(s) was not purchased under any promotional offer, we allow for the cancellation of the item(s) from the order you placed.
If the item was part of a promotional offer that applied only to that item, you would be allowed to cancel it.
If there are multiple items in an order, and ALL are bought as part of ONE promotion, you can cancel your whole order before they are shipped from the warehouse.
A successful cancellation will lead to a refund amount that is refunded back to your payment account.
